AUSTIN CO. PRESENTS AGRILIFE EXTENSION SMALL FARMS & VEGETABLE CONFERENCE

  

 

The Horticulture Committee of Austin county and the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Office of Austin County is hosting a Small Farms & Vegetable Conference the Friday.

The conference will be held at the Sealy American Legion Hall, at 1630 Meyer Street.

Program registration begins at 8:30 a.m., with the first presentation at 9:00.

Information includes: Backyard Gardens; Feral Hogs; Laws & Regulations Update; Backyard Invasive Species and Ants; Fire Ants and Leaf Cutter Ants.

The program is being offered in-person and virtually.

The cost is $30 in-person and $20 virtual.  To reserve a seat, RSVP by Wednesday to the Austin County Extension Office or online at Austin.agrilife.org.  Breakfast and a catered lunch will be provided.
