BRENHAM FFA MEMBERS HONORED AT CEREMONY
Numerous Brenham FFA members were recognized Tuesday night at the annual FFA Awards Ceremony.
The celebration at the Washington County Expo presented members with a variety of scholarships and awards, while also giving outgoing members a chance to reflect on their time with the Brenham FFA.

The Star Greenhand Award was given to Madison Moran.

The Star Chapter Farmer Award went to Kendal Gurka.

The winner of the Top Fundraiser Award, given to Brenham FFA’s top seller at the fall meat and fruit fundraiser, was Kenley Mikolajchak.

Will Foster was named Outstanding Member of the Year.

The first Brenham FFA Lifetime Achievement Award was presented by Madison Moran to her grandfather, Curtis Fuchs, a retired Brenham FFA Ag teacher.

Alumni Scholarships went to Cara Davis, Neeleigh Wellmann, Kaitlyn Flisowski, Braden Stork, Jacob Counts and Clayton Boeker.

Kayla Sansom received the Robert Little Memorial Scholarship.
An Honorary Membership Award was given to Natalie James and the Washington County Cattlewomen.
The Brenham FFA 2021-22 Officer team was also announced. Officers include:

- Treasurer – Jacob Sansom
- Reporter – Madison Moran
- Bluebonnet District/Area 11 Representative – Kendal Gurka
- Sentinel – Kaylan Curl

- Historian – Laci Strack
- Chaplain – Marty Naumann
- Parliamentarian – Katelin Seeker
