MAIN STREET CHAPPELL HILL TO HOST 2ND ANNUAL ART WALK SATURDAY
A variety of art will be on display this weekend at the 2nd Annual Main Street Chappell Hill Art Walk.
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday), the public can meet and watch artists as they produce an “immediate surroundings” piece at several locations in and around Chappell Hill.
TJ Jones, a member of the Chappell Hill Chamber of Commerce and owner of an arts and crafts business in downtown Chappell Hill, says this year’s show features 18 Texas artists.
Jurors and the public will vote on artists’ work during the art walk, and awards and cash prizes will be presented for juror’s choice, people’s choice and honorable mention.
The event is free to attend. Maps of artist locations will be available throughout town.
