BURTON HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCES HOMECOMING COURT

Burton High School has announced the members of its homecoming court.
Running for Homecoming Queen are Karime Ortiz, Cassidy Fuchs, Allie Hohlt and Briana Torres.
New this year, Burton High School will also crown a Homecoming King. The candidates are Jayden Brown, Waylon Hinze, Weston Hinze and Troy Patterson.
Also featured on the homecoming court are Junior Duchess Brinn Rhodes, Sophomore Duchess Ella Hensley and Freshman Duchess Reagan Roemer.
The queen will be announced at halftime of the Burton Panthers’ football game Friday night versus the Granger Lions. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. at Panther Stadium. The king will be announced at the homecoming dance on Saturday.
Burton High School will hold a homecoming parade along the traditional Cotton Gin Festival parade route Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
