  1. Having read what I have about Granger B and the forfeiture of games, a couple of HUGE suggestions I have for Burton:

    A. Quadruple check every player is fully eligible with no loopholes.

Granger knows they can benefit from this id they lose. Fife them no chance.

    B. DO NOT give in to taunts, fight possibilities and back off any bad situation that could be pushed onto you and not the opponent.

They’ll try to gain an advantage that way.

I say these because I’ve seen both in playoffs.

One school was peeved the other beat their volleyball team in regional semis. Good team, and they were classy to their opponent.

When found they’d be playing the opponent in football, they chose a bad stadium (field was not in good shape – mud mostly, and now world feel ineligible to use in the playoffs) and played dirty.

Both schools ended up on probation because the opponent’s coach yelled at some fans taunting him.

With the UIL write up this season, folks will try to rile up Burton to disqualify them. Don’t give in, play hard and good luck.
