WASHINGTON COUNTY GRAND JURY INDICTS 26

The Washington County Grand Jury met in regular session Tuesday and returned 26 indictments.
Trayvon Tyrone May, 23 of Madison, Wisconsin, was indicted for 2 counts of Aggravated Assault Public Servant, 2 counts of Assault on Peace Officer and Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle. Brenham Police arrested May last year and 2 Officers were injured as he escaped and led them on a multi-county pursuit that ended in Houston.

Billy Joe Hoefelmeyer, 34 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. He was arrested by Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies in November of last year.
Antonio Bosquez, 43 of Brenham, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd offence or more.
Brantavion Dandre Cloud, 21 of Brenham, was indicted for Deadly Conduct Discharge of a Firearm.
Markus Dupree Davis, 37 of Austin, was indicted for Unlawful Possession Firearm by a Felon and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Dylon Coy Serialle, 17 of Brenham, was indicted for Evading Arrest with Vehicle and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
Cameron Mitchel Simon, 31 of Giddings, was indicted for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
Cody Patrick Wolfe, 30 of Royse City, was indicted for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
12 people were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance. They are Brian David Arrua, 26 of Houston, Mathew Delfatti, 40 of Manor, Kevin Wayne Foster, 54 of Houston, Mehwash Amjad Malik, 27 of Georgetown, Kenneth Mitchell Martinez, 29 of Brenham, Marcus Shae McCrory, 38 of Bellville, Michael Owen, 36 of Porter, Jeffery Todd Paul, Jr., 31 of Rosenberg, Omar Mustafa Rahman, 29 of Spring, Jose Jesus Prieto Rodriguez, 35 of Brenham, J.B. Wright, Jr., 53 of Brenham, and 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance to Kevin James Erwin, II, 25 of Houston.
Indicted by a previous Grand Jury and subsequently arrested was Brayden Edward Lopez, 18 of Brenham, for Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and 2 counts of Assault Family Violence by Impeding Breath.
