BLUE BELL AQUATIC CENTER RECEIVES AWARDS AT STATE CONFERENCE

The Blue Bell Aquatic Center received statewide recognition last month at the Texas Public Pool Council’s (TPPC) annual conference in Galveston.

The aquatic center was named the TPPC’s 2021 Agency of the Year – Class III Division – awarded for effective and quality aquatics programming.

In addition, the aquatic center received the Program of the Year Award for Aquatic Safety, presented for providing a significant impact on local youth and families through water safety, health and education.

The TPPC is an organization dedicated to providing information and education to aquatic professionals including senior lifeguard staff, pool supervisors, water aerobics and exercise instructors, recreation directors, waterpark operation managers, maintenance supervisors, and owners and managers of both private facilities and commercial companies.
