BELLVILLE SPRING SPORTS AWARDS BANQUET/HALL OF HONOR ON MONDAY

The Bellville Booster Club will be holding its Spring Sports Awards Banquet and Hall of Honor Ceremony this coming Monday,

The event is being held at 6pm in the Bellville High School Auditorium.  The evening begins with refreshments and social time at 6pm.  The awards ceremony begins at 6:30pm.

This year’s Hall of Honor inductees are former Bellville High School tennis players Carrsyn Gregor and Kendall Jablonowski.

Gregor and Jablonowski are the first State Champion Tennis players in school history. They were back-to-back Class 4A State Champions in 2016 and 2017.

The duo had a career doubles record of 50-1, and they weren’t paired up until their junior year.

There was scheduled to be another inductee.

Tricia Jackson Lee, who ran track for Bellville, was also chosen for this year’s Hall of Honor induction ceremony. She finished second in the 100 Meter Hurdles at the 3A State Meet in 2008.

However,  Lee informed the committee that she is currently out of the country. While she is still considered part of this year’s Hall of Honor class, her induction will officially happen at next year’s event.
