The Commission approved a Commercial Replat of Lot 3, Block 1 of the Valmont Subdivision, to create Lot 3RA and Lot 3RB.
They also recommended the requested zoning change from R-3 to B-2 of one acre of land at 151 FM 109. The property is currently zoned for R-3, Manufactured Home Residential Use, and is looking to change to B-2, Commercial, Research and Technology Use. Glenwood Vierus is in the process of purchasing the land and seeks to redevelop the site with warehouse storage and office use. The recommendation will now be considered by City Council at their meeting on June 2nd.
