WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO MEET ON TUESDAY

  

The Washington County Commissioners Court has multiple items to take up during their next meeting on Tuesday morning.

Among the agenda items is the accepting of donations from Woodmen Life, AllenCo Painting, and the Brenham Heritage Museum related to the Stars Over Washington County Event.

Expo Director Harrison Williams is also scheduled to give the Expo’s quarterly report as well as a report on the Stars Over Washington County Event.

Washington County Sheriff Trey Holloway will be presenting the Sheriff’s Office Half-Year Comparison Report.

Holloway is also scheduled to discuss with Commissioners the approval of the Trinity Food Service contract to provide meals at the Washington County Jail, and a six-month extension of the contract with MedTrust for medical services at the Jail.

Another action item is for the Commissioners to approve the Right of Way Permit application for the 2026 Washington County Fair Trail Ride.

In addition to that, 911 Interim Director Raleigh Wellmann will present the Washington County 911 Quarterly Report.

The Washington County Commissioners Court meets Tuesday at 9am at the Washington County Courthouse.
