WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO HAVE SEVERAL LAND DISCUSSIONS

  

The Washington County Commissioners will be holding several land discussions during their next meeting on Tuesday morning.

The Commissioners are going to hear a presentation on a preliminary plat for the Timber Bridge Subdivision. The residential development consists of 24 lots and two proposed roads with one bridge.  The development fronts FM 2447 in Precinct 2.

They will also discuss and act upon a Final Plat for the Roberson Farms Subdivision. Roberson Farms is a residential subdivision consisting of six, two- acre tracts fronting Mount Falls School Road and Pickens Road in Precinct 1.

In addition to that, there is a Subdivision Variance request for a land division fronting Alois Lane in Precinct 1.

The Apache Corporation has two items on the County’s agenda for temporary water lines.  One will be located on Bredthauer Road and Flag Pond Lane in Precinct 1, and the second is located on Taplin Lane in Precinct 3.

Other items on the agenda include approving a bond for Elections Administrator Carol Jackson and presenting awards to Washington County Employees that have reached five years of service.

The Washington County Commissioners Court meets Tuesday at 9am at the Washington County Courthouse.
