BRIANNAS Fine Salad Dressings in Brenham marked 40 years at a ceremony this (Thursday) morning.

Founded in 1982 as the Del Sol Food Company, BRIANNAS started as a small, family-owned operation out of Austin, moving to Chappell Hill in 1984.  It established headquarters in Brenham in 2006 and expanded operations in 2019 with the addition of a global warehouse and distribution center.

Eckert calls BRIANNAS an “undiscovered gem” in Washington County.

A pallet of food and $2,500 were donated by BRIANNAS in support of the Brazos Valley Food Bank's Food for Families Food Drive.

Eckert says the company’s use of fresh ingredients and addition of new products have played a large role in BRIANNAS’ success.  It plans on adding a new line of marinades, sugar-free dressings and croutons by the beginning of 2023.

As part of the ceremony, Brenham Mayor Pro Tem Clint Kolby read a proclamation in honor of BRIANNAS’ anniversary.  BRIANNAS also presented the Brazos Valley Food Bank with a pallet of food and a $2,500 donation to help kick off the food bank’s upcoming Food for Families Food Drive.

After the festivities, guests were treated to facility tours.
