26 INDICTMENTS RETURNED BY WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY

  

26 indictments were returned by the Washington County Grand Jury this week.

Anthony Alderete, 30 of Brenham, was indicted for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

Leslie Michelle Anthony, 53 of Burton, was indicted for DWI, Three or More Offences.

Ernesto Perez Gonzales, 63 of Houston, was indicted for Theft of less than $2500 with 2 or More Previous Convictions and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.

Cody Allen Hyman, 36 of Brenham, was indicted for Theft Property between $2500 and $30,000.

Jonathan Anastacio Lopez, 21 of Brenham, was indicted for two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Kevin Vega Martinez, 25 of Pflugerville, was indicted for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Credit or Debit Card Abuse and Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information, less than 5 Items.

Mikelle Jaylen Mason, 20 of Harker Heights, was indicted for Unlawful Carrying Weapon in a Prohibited Place.

Luis David Morales, 20 of Miami, Florida, was indicted for Forgery of between $2,500 and $30,000, and Credit or Debit Card Abuse.

Jason Angel Perez, 47 of Beaumont, was indicted for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury.

Toby Eugene Rogers, 52 of Brenham, was indicted for Theft of between $30,000 and $150,000.

Three people were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  They are: Davon Jason Cloud, 32 of Bellville, Paul Laughlin, 46 of Chappell Hill, and Chad Michael Nugent, 38 of Brenham.

The following persons were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested so the names can now be released.

Charles Edward Bartley, 31 of Brenham, was indicted for 2 counts of Injury to a Disabled Individual, and Injury to an Elderly Individual.

Roland Okeith Branch, 39 of Brenham, was indicted for 2 counts of Sexual Assault of a Child.
