26TH ANNUAL ROUND TOP TOUR OF HOMES ON SATURDAY

  

The Round Top Area Historical Society is holding their 26th Annual Christmas Tour of Homes this weekend.

The tour, which runs from 11am-5pm Saturday, features seven properties that have been decorated for Christmas.

The properties include:

  • A modern farmhouse owned by Zach Lamberth and Cara Vasquez at 309 North Live Oak Street
  • A cottage filled with antiques owned by Melissa Vasquez at 309 North Live Oak Street
  • A large home and a guest house owned by Jim Choate and Daniel De Ridder at 2905 FM 1457
  • The Round Top Family Library at 206 West Mill Street, which used to be a Lutheran Church
  • Rummel Haus at 206 West Mill Street, which is a historical 1872 stone house that was converted in an auxiliary building for the library.
  • The restored Victorian home of Cora Sue and Harry Mach at 335 Bybee Road.

Tickets for the tour are $20 each. They are available online at www.roundtopareahistoricalsociety.weebly.com.

Tickets can also be purchased up until Friday at Round Top Real Estate and the Round Top Chamber of Commerce, or on Saturday morning at the pavilion at the Round Top Historical Campus at 397 East Mill Street.

Your tour brochure will serve as your ticket, and must be shown before entering each house.
