BRENHAM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO ADMINISTER OATHS, ELECT CHAIR & VICE-CHAIR
The Brenham Board of Adjustment will perform beginning-of-year business at its meeting Monday.
The board will administer oaths of office to members Dax Flisowski, Danny Goss and Arlen Thielemann. It will then move to elect a chair and vice chair for the board for 2023.
Next, board members will hold a public hearing and possibly act on a request from David and Kim Wellmann for a variance to allow 89 percent lot coverage – where 80 percent is the normal maximum allowed – for expansion of parking at Wellmann Insurance at 103 East Academy Street. City staff recommends approval of the request.
The board will meet Monday at 5:15 p.m. at Brenham City Hall.
