10 PEOPLE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT
Ten people pled guilty in District Court this week and were sentenced by Judge Carson Campbell.
Brittani Nichol Powers, 33 of Hockley, was sentenced to 6 years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Eustorgio Perez, 46 of Brenham, was sentenced to 4 years in prison for 2 counts of Driving While Intoxicated, 3rd or more offences.
Jasmine Angelica Claxton, 33 of Houston, had her probation revoked and was sentenced to 6 months in the Washington County Jail for Forgery. She was also ordered to pay a $1,233 fine.
Terrell Duane Nickerson, 62 of Burton, was sentenced to 98 days in the Washington County Jail for 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Jadarius Marketh Phillips, 23 of Brenham, was sentenced to 7 years deferred adjudication probation for Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon. He was also ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and perform 150 hours of community service.
Tommie Joe Nettle, 53 of Brenham, was sentenced to 7 years deferred adjudication probation for Cruelty to Non-Livestock Animal causing Serious Bodily Injury. He was also ordered to pay a $2000 fine, perform 300 hours community service, and is forbidden to own any animals.
Jennifer Warren-Brown, 40 of Manor, was sentenced to 4 years’ probation for Theft of Property less than $2500, with two or more Previous Convictions. She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, $154 in restitution, and perform 200 hours of community service.
Jason Christopher McGee, 44 of San Angelo, was sentenced to 4 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to perform 200 hours of community service.
Deivyon Denise Mackey, 21 of Houston, was sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication probation for Criminal Mischief of between $2,500 and $30,000. She was also ordered to pay $3,710 in restitution.
Travis Andrew Roach, 30 of Brenham, was sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
