BCDC BOARD TO DISCUSS AVAILABLE LAND IN BRENHAM BUSINESS CENTER, SW INDUSTRIAL PARK

  

The Brenham Community Development Corporation (BCDC) Board of Directors will discuss acreage available for sale at its meeting Thursday.

In work session, the board will review and hear presentations on available tracts of land in the Brenham Business Center, located on Highway 290 at Blue Bell Road, and the Southwest Industrial Park, located on Highway 290 at FM 389. 

Board members will also discuss possible road improvements or extensions in the Southwest Industrial Park and potential utility improvements along James Nutt Boulevard.

Regular session will cover a series of board and staff updates on economic development, parks and recreation, and administration.

An executive session will be held to discuss the possible sale, exchange, transfer or acquisition of real property in Washington County.

The board will meet Thursday at 7:30 a.m. at Brenham City Hall.
