SECTION OF JESKE ROAD TO CLOSE MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

  

A portion of Jeske Road in Washington County will be closed for three days starting Monday morning for a crosspipe replacement.

The closure will be between the addresses of 4502 and 4902 Jeske Road and will last from 8 a.m. on Monday to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, according to Washington County Engineering and Development Services.

Jeske Road is located off of FM 50, between Brenham and Independence.

Drivers are asked to choose an alternate route.  All work is weather permitting.

  1. Thank goodness. It’s been a long time coming. I agree with you Jeske Rd. Hopefully this is just the beginning of having our road seal coated. With so many people moving out into this direction there is a lot more traffic on this dirt road.

  2. Fantastic News! Thank You WC Precinct 3 Commisioner Hanath….it will be so nice to get the water problem solved.
    Now, its been 5 years since we have been on the “5 Year Plan” to get the road seal coated…It’s time to get it done and take care of the residents and business on the road.
