WASHINGTON COUNTY 4-H AT JUNIOR HEIFER SHOW

  
Ali Tiemann

Members of Washington County 4-H recently competed at the 2023 Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo Junior Beef Heifer Show.

Ali Tiemann won first place in class and was named Spring Heifer Calf Division Champion.  She was also named a contender in the Breed Drive in the Hereford Show.

Madison Moran won first place in class and was named Yearling Heifer Division Champion. She was also named a contender in the Breed Drive in the Santa Gertrudis Show.

Washington County had three students finish second place in class and be named contenders in the division drive in the Santa Gertrudis Show.  Those three students are Logan Mason, Calvin Wunderlich, and McKenzie Tiemann.

Also participating in the Santa Gertrudis Show, were Nolan Wunderlich, who finished 4th, and Lonna Wunderlich, who finished 8th.

Madison Moran

In the Brangus Show, Gretchen Merten finished in 2nd place in class and was named a contender in the Division Drive.

Meanwhile, Matthew Phillips finished in 5th place and Dawson Moran  finished in 8th place in the Brangus Show.

Landon Flisowski took home 5th place in the Beefmaster Show.                           

In the Simbrah Show, Bailee Wilson finished in 2nd place, and was named a contender in the Division Drive, while Teagyn Wilson finished in 6th place.
