WASHINGTON CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE LOOKING FOR FUGITIVE WHO FLED FROM DEPUTIES, CRASHED CAR INTO CREEK
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a suspect who fled from officers Tuesday evening.
Shortly before 7:15 p.m., a deputy attempted to stop a vehicle traveling on Pickens Road, as the car was possibly being driven by a subject with warrants.
According to the sheriff’s office, the driver continued driving for approximately 700 feet before jumping out of the car on foot. The car continued on into the 19000 block of Pickens Road, where it crashed into a creek. Officers were unable to locate the driver.
The subject has been identified as 29-year-old Brian Deshawn Moore, who has a warrant for Assault of a Family/Household Member with Previous Conviction. The warrant was issued on September 27, 2023.
Moore is described as a Black male, standing 5’9” and weighing approximately 155 lbs.
