THREE PEOPLE ARRESTED ON MARIJUANA CHARGES

  

Three people were arrested Tuesday in separate incidences on Marijuana charges.

Brenham Police report that Tuesday morning at 9:50, Corporal Jimmy Ha initiated a traffic stop near the 1800 block of Highway 290 West. An investigation was conducted and the driver, Haley Donaldson, 22 of Houston, and the passenger, Heaven Donaldson, 24 of Houston, were both taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana, less than 2 oz.

Then Tuesday morning at 10:55, a K-9 search of vehicles parked in the parking lot of Brenham High School was conducted by contraband detection and drug dog service provider contracted by Brenham ISD. The K-9 alerted to a vehicle, which was searched. The person who drove the vehicle, Jacoby O'Neil Cole, 17 of Brenham, was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. in a drug free zone, and transported to the Washington County Jail.
