SIX PEOPLE SENTENCED IN THE 21ST DISTRICT COURT
Six people plead guilty to felony offenses and received terms ranging from probation to prison sentences in the Washington County 21st District Court.
46-year-old Don Alfred Boyce of Somerville was sentenced to 10 years in prison for Manufacture/Deliver of a Controlled Substance greater than 400 Grams. He must also pay court costs and a $180 lab fee.
53-year-old Clifton Earl Hudgen of Burton was sentenced to 10 years in prison for Drive While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offenses – a 3rd degree felony enhanced to a 2nd degree felony. He must also pay court costs and a $60 lab fee.
44-year-old Mitchell Ray Wilson of Brenham was sentenced to 10 years in prison for Failure to Comply with a Sex Offender’s Duty to Register Annually for Life. He must also pay court costs and a $180 lab fee.
Wilson received another sentence for 10 years in prison and must pay court costs for a charge of Manufacture/Deliver of a Controlled Substance 1 to 4 grams, which is a Second-Degree Felony.
He was also convicted on a Class A Misdemeanor charge of Assault Causes Bodily Injury to a Family Member. He was given time that he already served in the Washington County Jail.
44-year-old Tancello Deniece Randle of Chappell Hill was sentenced to 10 years in prison for Continuous Violence Against Family, a third-degree felony. The sentence is probated for six years. Randle must also pay a $500 fine, court costs, must complete Intermediate Sanction Facility Substance Abuse and Cognitive Track Programs, batterers intervention, 200 hours of community service, and must provide a DNA sample, urinalysis, and a Family Violence finding.
42-year-old Donna Marie Kalmus of Brenham was placed on four-years of probation for a State Jail Felony charge of Abandon/Endangering a Child. She must also pay a $500 fine, court costs, the court appointed attorney fee, perform 200 hours of community service, and provide a DNA sample and urinalysis.
28-year-old Jordan Flonnoy Jones of Jacksonville, Arkansas will have to spend 83 days in the Washington County Jail and pay court costs on a State Jail Felony charge of Tampering with Physical Evidence.
