FORMER CUBETTE KOHRING COACHES ANGELINA TO NJCAA SOFTBALL WORLD SERIES

The Angelina Lady Roadrunners are going to the NJCAA Softball World Series after they defeated Bossier Parish 6-5 to win the Championship.

Angelina entered the Region XIV Postseason tournament as the #3 seed from the South Zone, while Bossier Parish was the #1 seed from the East Zone.

The Lady Roadrunners are coached by former Brenham Cubette Brette Kohring. 

Kohring is also the first head coach in Angelina history to take a team to the National Tournament in her first year as a head coach.

The National Tournament will be held May 23-27 at Choccolocco Park in Oxford, Alabama.
