STS. PETER & PAUL CATHOLIC CHURCH COUNTRY FESTIVAL AUG. 6
Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Frelsburg is making preparations for its annual Country Festival.
The church grounds will be open on Sunday, August 6th for worship, food, games and live entertainment.
The day begins with holy mass at 8:30 a.m. and a traditional Latin mass at 10:30 a.m.
Fried fish meals will be served for $15 a plate, $10 for children 12 and under. The drive-thru line opens at 10:30 a.m., with dine-in starting at 11 a.m. Hamburgers, nachos and snacks will be available after 3 p.m.
A live auction begins at 1 p.m., followed by a free dance with the Blue Denim Band. Other activities in store are a silent auction, kids games, a country store, bingo and a cake walk.
