SEALY JUNIOR GIRLS OPEN LITTLE LEAGUE WORLD SERIES WITH A WIN

Pool play began yesterday (Sunday) at the Junior Girls Little League World Series in Kirkland, Washington. The U.S. Southwest Regional Champion, Sealy Junior Girls, picked up right where they left off with a dominating 11-1 win over the Latin America Regional Champion, Olmeca Little League from Mexico City.

Pool Play continues this (Monday) afternoon as Sealy next faces the Europe-Africa Region Champion, Prague Little League from the Czech Republic. First pitch is scheduled for 1pm.

On Tuesday, they will face the U.S. East Regional Champion, Milford Little League from Milford, Connecticut at 3:30pm.

Sealy wraps up pool play on Wednesday against the U.S. West Regional Champion, Marana Little League from Marana, Arizona. at 1pm.

Bracket play begins on Thursday. The records in pool play will determine the seedings for bracket play.

The championship game is scheduled for Saturday at 4pm.
