CUBETTE OF HALLE SCHEEL COMMITS TO BLINN
Brenham Cubette Outfielder Halle Scheel has made her plans for college known. Scheel announced that she has committed to play for the Blinn Buccaneers.
Scheel has been a three-year starter on the varsity for the Brenham Cubettes. Last season, as a junior, she had a .344 batting average, 57 stolen bases, 39 RBIs, and scored 44 runs.
Scheel also earned 2nd Team All District and 2nd Team All Brazos Valley honors, plus she was named the team’s defensive MVP for the second year in a row at the Annual Brenham High School Sports Banquet.
As a sophomore, Scheel was a First Team All-District selection and an All Brazos Valley Second Team selection.
As a freshman, Scheel was a First Team All-District selection and an All Brazos Valley First Team selection.
