BRENHAM SCHOOL BOARD TO MEET WITH TASB CONSULTANT FOR SUPT. SEARCH

  

The Brenham School Board will continue its discussion regarding a new Brenham ISD superintendent at its meeting on Tuesday.

Trustees will meet with a Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) consultant to go over the superintendent search process and outline the search schedule.

Last month, the school board voted to proceed with TASB Executive Search Services to guide the effort to find a replacement for Dr. Tylor Chaplin, who plans to retire at the end of December.   

An executive session is planned for trustees to consult with an attorney and discuss personnel matters. 

The board will meet Tuesday at noon in the Brenham ISD Administration Office.  The meeting will be livestreamed on Brenham ISD’s YouTube channel.
