CUBETTES BEAT WALLER 3-1 TO PICK UP 20TH WIN

In their final match before the start of district play, the Brenham Cubettes picked up a 3-1 victory over the Waller Lady Bulldogs last (Tuesday) night. 

Brenham won the opening set 25-18.  Waller came back and won the second set 29-27.  The Cubettes would then take the final two sets 25-18 and 25-11. 

It was another triple double night for Charli Crowson, who finished with 18 kills, 11 digs, and 14 assists.  She also had three aces. 

Lillie Thibodeaux had 10 kills and 7 blocks.  Averi Frazier dished out 19 assists, and had 4 aces. 

Defensively, Brenham got 24 digs from Kristen Kuehn, and 11 digs each from Brooklin Frazier and Sienna Kelm.  Next up, the Cubettes, who are now 20-11 on the season, go on the road for the start of district play against Magnolia on Friday night at 6pm.
