12 PEOPLE PLED GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT
12 people pled guilty and were sentenced by Judge Robert Kern in District Court this week.
Rickey Donell Burns, 56 of Brenham, was sentenced to 7 years in prison for Driving While Intoxicated, 3 or more offences.
Garred Kyle Watkins, 36 of Brenham, was sentenced to 5 years in prison for Manufacture or Delivery of Controlled Substance and Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury.
Lorenzo Bautista Alonso, 36 of Brenham, was sentenced to 3 years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Ralph Eddie Kallie, II, 23 of Brenham, was sentenced to 3 years in prison for Burglary of a Habitation. He was also convicted of Possession of Marijuana between 2 and 4 oz. and given time served in the Washington County Jail for that charge.
Justin James Rogers, 38 of Brenham, was sentenced to 3 years in prison for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Previous conviction.
Robert Lee Reyna, 34 of Columbus, was sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Criminal Mischief between $2,500 and $30,000. He was also ordered to pay a $800 fine, pay $2866 in restitution, and perform 200 hours of community service.
James Michael Beamon, 29 of Bleiblerville, 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.
Jeffery Todd Paul, Jr., 33 of Rosenberg, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.
Ashley Virginia Mallia, 32 of Bellville, was sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.
Luis Renan Munoz-Mendez, 50 of Austin, was sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication probation for Tampering with a Government Record. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.
Christopher Lewis Bean, 34 of Spring, was sentenced to 15 days in the Washington County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Porfirio Cruz Hernandez, 27 of Houston, was sentenced to 1 day in the Washington County Jail for Possession of Marijuana between 4 oz and 5 lbs.
