BRENHAM CUB BAND AMONG TOP PERFORMERS AT AREA MARCHING CONTEST
The Brenham Cub Band put on a strong showing this past Saturday in the UIL Area Marching Contest.
The Cub Band was among 16 school bands that participated in the competition at Alvin ISD’s Freedom Field. Brenham’s performance earned an appearance in the finals and a seventh place overall finish.
Coming up next for the Cub Band is a “Glow Show” on Thursday at around 9 p.m. at Cub Stadium, where it will play “With Each New Sunset”.
After that, band members will get ready for the annual holiday supper and concerts on Sunday, December 3rd, featuring performances from the junior high and high school bands.
