BRENHAM HIGH SCHOOL ART STUDENTS TO BEGIN HOSTING MONTHLY ‘PAINT NIGHT’

The Cub Art Pride of Brenham High School is starting a new community event.

Every month, Brenham High School art students will host a Paint Night.  Participants can collaborate with students and either teach or learn from them as they create their own original artwork.

The first installment of the event will be on Wednesday, November 8th from 6 to 8 p.m., with plans to be held every first Wednesday of the month thereafter.  The gathering will be inside the high school’s art classroom, Room 169.

Artists of any skill level are invited to attend.  The class is geared for adults, but children can also participate as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

The cost for the program is $30 and includes refreshments and painting materials.  Attendees can take their completed painting with them.  All proceeds will go to the high school art club.

To reserve a space for Paint Night, email shenry@brenhamk-12.net with a name and phone number.  An online form can also be filled out here.
