OVER 2,000 EARLY VOTERS THROUGH EIGHT DAYS; EXTENDED HOURS THURSDAY & FRIDAY
Early voting is heading into the final stretch for the Texas constitutional amendment election.
According to Washington County Elections Administrator Carol Jackson, 264 people came to the Washington County Courthouse Annex on Wednesday. That is down from 294 voters on Tuesday.
There have been 2,073 early voters through eight days.
The courthouse annex will have extended hours today (Thursday) and tomorrow (Friday) of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Election Day is Tuesday.
