LAST DAY OF EARLY VOTING; EXTENDED HOURS FRIDAY

  

Early voting wraps up today (Friday) in the Texas constitutional amendment election.

Numbers given by Washington County Elections Administrator Carol Jackson state there were 370 people who voted early on Thursday, up from 264 people on Wednesday.

There have been 2,443 early voters thus far.

The Washington County Courthouse Annex will be open today for one last day, with extended hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.  After that, anyone who has not voted will need to go to their designated polling location on Tuesday.  Polls will be open that day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
