COMMUNITY-WIDE THANKSGIVING MEAL THURSDAY AT CANNERY KITCHEN

  

Faith Mission in Brenham is partnering with Gather ‘N Grace to give back to those in need this Thanksgiving at the annual community-wide meal at the Cannery Kitchen.

Free sit-down lunches will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday.  Volunteers will also deliver meals to residents over 60 or who are physically disabled or homebound.

Faith Mission Executive Director Reverend Randy Wells, speaking during this (Tuesday) morning’s Community Corner on KWHI, said this event does more than just provide a good holiday meal; it also provides company and friendship.

Residents can call Faith Mission at 979-830-1488 to request a meal to be delivered to their home. 

Donations are welcome, but are not required.
