CUBS BEAT CALDWELL 71-42 TO GO TO 3-0 ON THE SEASON
The Brenham Cub Basketball Team picked up a 71-42 victory over the Caldwell Hornets in a matinee game on Tuesday afternoon at the Brenham High School Gym.
Issac Powell led the Cubs with 17 points, 8 rebounds, 5 steals, and 4 assists.
Elijah Ferguson finished with 14 points and 4 rebounds.
Kobe Mathis chipped in with 6 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 blocked shots.
Brenham is now 3-0 under new head coach Colby Andrews.
The Cubs return to action on Saturday as they travel to Kingwood Park for a 12:30pm game.
