CUBS GET ROAD WIN OVER COLLEGE STATION TO TIE FOR THIRD

The Brenham Cubs defeated the College Station Cougars 41-34 for a big district victory last (Tuesday) night.

JaKobe Mathis led the way with 17 points, while Issac Powell finished with 12 points.

With the win, the Cubs have pulled into a tie with College Station for third place in District 21-5A.

Brenham will next host Magnolia in their Seniors Night game this Friday at 6:30pm.

Magnolia West downed Magnolia 66-58, A&M Consolidated beat Montgomery 60-56, and Lake Creek defeated Rudder 60-53
