THE BARNHILL CENTER TO CELEBRATE SIMON & GARFUNKEL APRIL 13
A tribute band honoring the best-selling duo in rock ‘n roll history is coming to The Barnhill Center in Brenham.
Forever Simon and Garfunkel will play on Saturday, April 13th starting at 7 p.m. Starring award-winning singer-songwriters, Sean Altman and Jack Skuller, the show features authentic harmonies, energy, charm and humor.
The Barnhill Center producer Sharon Brass says the show covers Simon and Garfunkel’s beginnings, their early folk music, their global dominance as hit-makers, and some of Paul Simon’s solo career.
Delivering hits like “The Sound of Silence”, “Bridge Over Troubled Water”, “Mrs. Robinson” and “I Am a Rock”, Brass says their performance is “a musical journey through some of the greatest American songs ever written.”
Altman and Skuller met on stage in 2010 and have toured since 2016 as The Everly Set, celebrating the hits of The Everly Brothers. They formed Forever Simon and Garfunkel in 2020, and they now tour both shows internationally.
