BRENHAM HERITAGE MUSEUM HOSTS MAIFEST RECEPTION

  

With only one weekend to go until the big event, the Brenham Heritage Museum hosted an Anniversary Maifest Reception on Thursday night.

Approximately 60 people attended the reception, which featured regalia from various years of Maifest, past Maifest Royalty, and Museum members.

According to the Museum, some of the featured regalia, which will be on display throughout May, includes trains, robes, scepters, and more from the years 1954, 1959, 1984, and 1989.

Visitors can view the items during the museum’s open hours Wednesday through Saturday from 10am-4pm.

The Brenham Heritage Museum is located at 105 South Market Street in the historic Post Office Building.
