BRENHAM PLANNING & ZONING TO MEET MONDAY

The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission will act on several consent-agenda requests at its meeting on Monday.

Commissioners will consider six requests including preliminary plats, final plats and replats on the consent agenda, which is considered routine.  No regular session items appear on the agenda.

The items to be voted on are:

  • A preliminary plat and a final plat for a 0.285-acre lot at 1403 West Main Street.  The property needs to be platted for the property owner to proceed with redeveloping the site for new commercial use.
  • A final plat for 24.872 acres located off of Highway 36 North near Dixie Road for the sixth phase of the Vintage Farms subdivision, consisting of 105 single-family residential lots and four common areas.
  • A final plat for 2.906 acres off of Highway 36 North near Dixie Road for the seventh phase of the Vintage Farms subdivision, consisting of 15 single-family residential lots and three common areas.
  • A final plat for 8.704 acres off of Highway 36 North near Dixie Road for the eighth phase of the Vintage Farms subdivision, composed of land for a detention pond, common area and a lift station.
  • A replat of two lots totaling 3.696 acres in the Appel Business Park, 1710 Highway 290 West.  The property owner wishes to replat the two tracts for designation of shared access easements and a private drainage easement for a detention pond.

The Commission will meet Monday at 5:15 p.m. at Brenham City Hall.
