WASHINGTON COUNTY TAX BOARD TO MEET TUESDAY

  

The Washington County Appraisal District Board of Directors will be holding their regular meeting this Tuesday. 

The meeting is scheduled for 10am in the Washington County Appraisal District Office at 1301 Niebuhr Street in Brenham.

The meeting will begin with a citizen’s communication session.  Citizens who desire to address the board on any matter may sign up to do so prior to the meeting. Comments are limited to three minutes. No discussion or final action will be taken by the Board of Directors.

Items up for discussion include a contract with Trepp Inc. for a 36-month subscription for Trepp Commercial Real Estate for database and analytic tools.

Plus, they will discuss the Proposed Reappraisal Plan for 2025-2026, and set a date, time, and place for a public hearing.
