BEANIE NAMED PET OF THE WEEK

  

Beanie is this week’s Pet of the Week at the Brenham Pet Adoption Center.

Beanie is a 10-year-old domestic shorthair who Brenham Animal Services says is very food-motivated and loves treats of all kinds.  He is mild-mannered, friendly and loves to lounge on the couch.

Beanie is comfortable with strangers and will make himself right at home.  He can co-exist with other cats as long as everyone gets along.

Beanie is positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and has hyperthyroidism, but staff members at the shelter say his monthly medication is a small price to pay for his big heart.
