BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION
A Brenham man faces an intoxication charge after his arrest late Thursday night by Brenham police.
At 11:30 p.m., Officer Brayten Rolling responded to a call for service in reference to a verbal disturbance in the 1700 block of West Main Street.
Police say their investigation revealed that 42-year-old Jason Patrick Kurt Toby was intoxicated in a public area.
Toby was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was booked in for Public Intoxication.
