Just before 10:30 a.m., Navasota Police Dispatch received several calls reporting a reckless driving 18-wheeler was traveling south on Highway 6 in Brazos County.
One caller advised that the truck was tailgating and swerving at their vehicle while passing through a construction zone.

After a background check, it was discovered that Suljanovic had at least one prior felony conviction.
He was booked into the Grimes County Jail in Anderson for Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, 4 to 400 grams.
According to Navasota Police, possible additional charges of reckless driving and terroristic threat will be referred to the Brazos County District Attorney’s Office.
