BRENHAM POLICE ARREST TWO FOR TRAFFIC WARRANTS
Brenham police reported two arrests on Wednesday for traffic warrants.

At 5 a.m., K9 Sergeant Jimmy Ha responded to the 1200 block of Old Independence Road in reference to a warrant service. 52-year-old Ricardo Cardona Ceniceros of Washington was placed into custody for an active warrant out of Brenham Municipal Court for Driving While License Invalid.

Around 11:30 a.m., officers responded to a crash near the intersection of Highway 290 West and Highway 36 North. After investigation, the driver, 70-year-old John Rigsby of Hempstead was taken into custody for an active warrant out of Washington County for Overweight Group of Axles.
