BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON DISORDERLY CONDUCT WARRANT
A Brenham man was taken into custody today (Tuesday) on a disorderly conduct warrant.

Around 5:15 a.m., Brenham Police Officers Trinten Rolling, Brayten Rolling and Stephen Mosley responded to the 2000 block of FM 389 in reference to a complainant.
Police say they found that 30-year-old Deion Tay Smith had an active warrant out of Brenham Municipal Court for Disorderly Conduct – Offensive Gesture/Display.
Smith was transported to the Washington County Jail and booked in for the warrant.
