UNITY THEATRE STAGES ‘OVER THE RIVER & THROUGH THE WOODS’ STARTING THURSDAY
Unity Theatre in Brenham will present its final Main Stage show of the season starting tonight (Thursday).

“Over the River and Through the Woods”, a comedy by Joe DiPietro, runs tonight through June 28th.
Every Sunday, Nick crosses the river to New Jersey and has dinner with both sets of his Italian American grandparents, but when he receives the perfect job offer on the west coast, he is determined to take it. However, his family is determined to keep him close, so they launch a series of shameless schemes to keep Nick around.

Show times are 7:30 p.m. on Thursdays, 8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and 2 p.m. on Sundays.
This evening’s performance will have a talk-back with the cast and staff after the show. Director Jimmy Phillips will visit with members of the audience before the show on Saturday, June 20th.
