LIVING HISTORY PRESENTATION FOR AMERICA 250 AT THE BARNHILL CENTER JULY 5
As Washington County gets ready to celebrate the 250th anniversary of American independence, local residents are invited to experience how the United States came to be from the perspective of a founding father.
The Washington County Historical Commission will host a living history presentation on Sunday, July 5th at 3 p.m. at The Barnhill Center in Brenham.
The half-hour program will feature Blinn College Theatre Arts Director Brad Nies as Thomas Jefferson, discussing the creation, the debates and the core principles of the Declaration of Independence.
The event is free and open to the public.
