Sixteen indictments were returned during this week’s session of the Washington County Grand Jury.  Only the names of those who have been arrested can be released:

40-year-old Bruce Timothy Wilson Jr. of Rowlett, indicted for Online Solicitation of a Minor – Sexual Contact, Soliciting Prostitution/Other Payor Person Under 18 Years of Age, and Possession with Intent to Promote Child Pornography Depicting Sexual Assault.

25-year-old Damarcus D’Angelo Harrison of Burton, for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

43-year-old Becky Deloris Kemp of Chappell Hill, for Aggravated Assault. 

26-year-old Nick Samuel Guerrero Anastasio of Houston, for Burglary of a Habitation and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

35-year-old Bracken Bailey Bowen of Brenham, for Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit Other Felony.

39-year-old Russell James Allbright of Brenham, for Deadly Conduct Discharge of a Firearm.

33-year-old Garrett Sunderhuse of Brenham, for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle.

53-year-old Timoteo Gonzalez Manzano of Flatonia, for Violation of a Protective Order – Two or More Times.

38-year-old Donta Marquice Waddell of Brenham, for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

25-year-old Giovanni Francis Czito of Elgin, for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

31-year-old Brandon Adam Bennett of Brenham, for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
