OVER 13,000 TAKE PART IN BP MS-150 OVER WEEKEND

  

Another BP MS-150 is in the books as over 13,000 bicycle riders made the annual trek from Houston to Austin this past weekend.

Brenham resident Michael Brinkmeyer was among the riders who made the 150 mile two-day ride to raise funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.  The MS-150 is the largest of its kind in North America, and has a goal of raising $14 million this year.  Brinkmeyer, whose daughter Candace battles Multiple Sclerosis, is a member of the MS-150 Fundraising Hall of Fame.
