AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 16
The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned indictments on 16 suspects.
Austin County District Clerk Sue Murphy released the following names:
Darrell Gene Claunch, 59, charged with Aggravated Robbery, occurring August 4th.
Augusto Londona Arteaga, 51, on charges of Attempt to Commit Sexual Assault, from March 22nd.
Bryan A. Terrill, 24, on charges of Stalking, on June 24th.
Jose Armando Haro, 27, charged with Burglary of a Building, occurring August 2nd.
Johnathan Calderon, 36, charged with Burglary of a Habitation, from April 9, 2011.
Ariel S. Warrior, 26, on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance between 200 and 400 grams in a Drug Free Zone, on August 15th.
Orlando Oviedo, 34, charged with a Prohibited Substance or Item in a Correctional Facility, on September 29th.
Steven Gonzalez, 33, on charges of Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Info. He was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. Each offense occurred September 20th.
Tobin Fredrick Glass, 46, Edward Cantu, 54, and Ariel Montoya, Jr., 33, each charged with Driving While Intoxicated, 3rd or More, occurring August 16th, August 23rd, and September 29th, respectively.
Darnisha DeShae Stills, 26, charged with Forgery of a Financial Instrument, on July 8th.
Emelia Angelica Barron, 29, Adrian Charles Duran, 26, Lucas Fojtik, 39, and Billie Jo Gaitan, 37, all on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
